È venuta a prenderci al parcheggio perché faceva caldissimo, ci ha fatto trovare l'acqua fresca e cia ha dato molti consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare. 'The bed is really good, the room spacy and clean and the location convenient. However a couple of downsides: -communication was not good. I have called a day before for checkin instructions. They would be send the next morning. I did not receive them and had to ask again. - The window does not keep any noise out, so you wake up when the locals start shouting outside from 7am. - It says “parking available”, this is simply not true. 'Hotel hasn’t seen investment for too long. There are new lifts and scaffolding to do the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work to get things up to date. The environment around the hotel feels somewhat unsafe. It’s a bit of a mess, just like most of Viterbo. But the towels were good, employees were friendly and the breakfast was okay. And it was cheap.'
