'The room was clean. When we booked our room, we were made to believe that we had a private hot tub but the hot tub was actually shared with a room next to ours. The staff were extrmemely nice but it felt like they were pretty understaffed. It's hard to beat this lcoation and the room itself was great, just not sure if the entire experience at the hotel was worth what we paid.'

'Hotel was further away from the train station then we had thought but that being said the area they are situated was quietier and the Matterhorn views were amazing. We were lucky enough to have a few sunny warm days that made exploring the area even more amazing. The staff was so helpful and the hotel provided all the creature comforts that other hotels have forgotten. I would definitely stay there again.'

'Such a great hotel!! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything train station, shops, restaurants, etc. Has an elegant wood cabin vibe to it. The wellness center was awesome, 3 different types of saunas! Staff was super nice and attentive, gave us great recommendations. Loved it so much, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I ever visit again.
