'Excellent property to stay'

'Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room had a very strong cigarette smoke smell even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The odor was so strong that I had to ask the staff to come with air freshener. I do appreciate that they tried to help, but overall the condition of the rooms was not good.'

'The bed was comfortable and the shower was good, but our deadbolt didn’t work and the paint was pealing in several spots.'

'Room was ok, we couldn’t use the pull out bed couch because the sheet was absolutely stained. Bathtub was sticky and stained, bathroom had no ventilation, front desk person didn’t seem to care and was sleeping on the couch 99% of the time we saw him. Overall, I’m glad we were out doing things instead of being in the room.'

'Beautifully kept rooms great staff great amenities only complaint is the hotel was very booked and very busy which isn’t really a complaint. That means they’re doing well.'

'The property was older, but kept very well. The pool was a lot of fun for our family, and there is a basketball court outside that we did not get to use but looked like it would be fun as well! Breakfast was pretty basic for hotel food, but there was plenty of food even during the busiest times. But what won the show was the staff. They were very accommodating and kind to us and our little one. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Very clean location - don't ask to stay past your checkout time (I am a remote employee). They charge for this. Ever heard they charged someone for not staying for an extra night they booked.'

'The hotel has terribly rude staff who overbooked guests and offered no apology.'

'It took 3 hours to get me In My room upon returning to hotel . Even though they fixed door liock I was so frustrated at front desk person because I told her at beginning to contact the manager . She waited over a hour before contacting him. And then it was 2 more hours till he fixed it. Total of 3 hours. I do have to say through Expedia I did compensated for my trouble. Thanks'

'This is a nice clean hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 days here. My favorite thing and one that is hard to find is the pool goes to 8ft deep! I was so happy to be able swim in deep water! The water was clean and not super chlorinated. It was also a great temperature. They do need to take down their hot tub signs though. They dont have one anymore.'
