'The staff especially were so helpful. They have a spacious car park and strong internet connection.'

'Very attentive and helpful staff. The breakfast meal is just ok but much better during the weekend when it switches to a buffet. Location is good with some decent restaurants and coffee shops if you are willing to walk the area as I did. Sleeping can be a hastle sometimes. Not only will you hear the planes at the airport, some of the neighbors have roosters.'

'I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the location in the heart of Oxford Street made it very convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing'

'no breakfast or only late due to several useless excuses. Only one towel and has to ask for fresh one. Lights, plugs on un-logic locations. No proper bed sheets. Building still under construction. Maybe good place for tourists not for business people.'

'Nice hotel. Well located. Comfortable apartments. Very Nice gym and quiet pool area. Didn’t find the management agreeable with regular client.'

'Great place, nice roof bar, very nice staff in the best area, lots of restaurants nearby. Also excellent kitchen at Roots hotel'
