Neighbourhood Snapshot



Right above The Star Gold Coast and its restaurants, bars and shows. Walking distance to some of the Gold Coast's best beaches, shopping and dining, with Surfers Paradise and the airport both an easy trip away.



Good to Know

- Booking the same day you plan to check in: Complete the ID verification, sign the agreement and pay the deposit as soon as your booking confirms — your key code is released automatically once all three are done.



- Wanting an earlier check-in: Standard check-in is 3 PM, and we'll message you the moment the apartment is ready. If you need to arrive earlier, booking the prior night is the safest option, subject to availability. Unlike a hotel, we don't have a second room to shift you into, so if a guest is checking out the same day you arrive, housekeeping needs the full turnaround window.



- Wanting a later check-out: Message us before 8 pm the night before departure and we'll do what we can, depending on the schedule. Check-out after 11 am (if approved) incurs an additional night's fee, payable through the Airbnb Resolution Centre the night before — otherwise standard 10 am check-out applies.



- What's stocked when you arrive: Bathrooms come with 30 ml shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and toilet paper. The kitchen has all essential cookware and appliances, plus T2 teas, a Nespresso machine with pods, sugar and milk to get you started — these are starter quantities, not restocked mid-stay, so a supermarket run may be needed for longer bookings.



- Travelling with a baby: Portacot and highchair are available on request. We don't supply cot linen or a mattress, since commercial laundry detergents aren't always kind to a baby's skin — bring your own familiar bedding. A padded base mat is included with the cot.



- On the in-apartment sensor: The living area has a device that monitors noise, temperature, humidity and general occupancy (via motion and nearby device count). It is not a camera, captures no audio, and only outputs numbers and graphs — never images or recordings.



Gatherings, parties or events of any kind aren't permitted during your stay. Any disturbance may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a request to vacate within 10 minutes.



Disclosure: Confirming a booking means you've read the listing and house rules in full — details disclosed during booking can't later be raised as a grievance.
