Your check-in instructions will be provided to you via SMS & Vrbo message on the day of your arrival. You must complete our pre arrival information beforehand. Before your arrival, you'll also receive a comprehensive check-in guide with step-by-step instructions, helpful images, and all the essential information you need for a smooth and hassle-free arrival. Please ensure your contact mobile number is up to date prior to booking.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD

Main Beach is one of the Gold Coast's most relaxed and walkable pockets. The patrolled beach (swim between the flags) and the Gold Coast Oceanway coastal path are a short stroll away, and Tedder Avenue's cafés, restaurants, bakery and boutiques are close by. Head north to The Spit and Federation Walk for coastal trails and the Seaway, or to Marina Mirage for waterfront dining and the Saturday morning farmers' market. Sea World is just up the road, and Surfers Paradise is a short tram ride south.



PARKING

Complimentary on-site parking for one car is included, with an additional space available on request. The car park has a 2.1 m height limit. Visitor parking is for genuine visitors only and is limited to 12 hours per vehicle per day. Street parking around Tedder Avenue can be hard to find, so your included space is a real bonus.



ON FOOT

The beach, Tedder Avenue's café strip and Macintosh Island Park are all within easy walking distance.



PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The G:link tram's Main Beach station is nearby, connecting you to Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Southport. Rideshare and taxis operate throughout the area.



AIRPORTS

Gold Coast Airport is about 40 minutes' drive away, and Brisbane Airport about 1 hour 15 minutes.



EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.

Early check-in requests are always welcome, and we'll do our best to accommodate them. Please note, however, that early check-ins are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Unlike traditional hotels, we don't have alternative rooms available if your apartment is still being prepared. If another guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, our housekeeping team needs sufficient time to thoroughly clean, inspect, and prepare the apartment for your stay.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure everything is ready for your arrival.



LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS

Need a little extra time before heading off?

Our standard check-out is before 11:00 AM. We'll always do our best to accommodate late check-out requests. Please note that late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.



LUGGAGE STORAGE

If you believe you may need to store some luggage before your arrival, we may be able to accommodate you, but we do ask that this request is made in advance so we can make arrangements for this on your behalf. Unlike most, we do have staff onsite, as we are the building managers, but we want to ensure we can fulfill your request within our standard office hours.



STARTER SUPPLIES

To help make your arrival as comfortable and convenient as possible, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential amenities, including:

ONLINE CHECK-IN (REQUIRED)

Lagoon Main Beach is a secure residential building. Building security rules require every stay to be registered with building management before access is released.

After booking, we'll text a link to the mobile number on your Vrbo booking. The lead guest must complete this short online check-in, including government-issued photo ID. Once it's complete, your access details are sent by SMS at 2:00 PM on arrival day.

HOUSE RULES

- Maximum 6 guests. No additional overnight guests or visitors without our approval.

- Strictly no parties, events or gatherings.

- Please be considerate of residents at all times and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 pm.

- No smoking or vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony.

- No pets.

- Never sit or climb on balcony railings or throw anything from the balcony, and supervise children at all times.

- Building by-laws apply in all common areas; a copy is in the apartment.

- For arrivals between 1 November and 10 December, the lead guest must be 25 or over.



SAFETY

This apartment has a balcony, so please supervise children at all times and never let them climb furniture or railings. The building's shared pool and hot tub have no lifeguard, so children must be supervised in and around the water at all times.

PAYMENT

Payment for this stay is processed by Lagoon Main Beach (Alcyone Group), not Vrbo. A 30% deposit is due at booking and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. We will email you a secure payment link. If a payment is not made by its due date, we will charge the card provided at booking. Bookings that remain unpaid may be cancelled under our Booking Terms. Your key safe code is only sent once online check-in is complete and the booking is paid in full.



NOISE MONITORING

This apartment has a Minut sensor that monitors noise levels. It measures sound in decibels only and does not record audio, conversations or video. If noise stays above set levels, our team will contact you.



SECURITY FOR YOUR STAY

The card provided at booking is held as security for your stay. Damage, missing items, excess cleaning or breaches of the house rules (including parties) may be charged to that card under our Booking Terms.
