This beautiful waterfront holiday house is set amongst the exclusive canals at South Stradbroke Island Waters. This idyllic house will keep you as entertained or relaxed as you so desire for a weekend or a couple of weeks.

Katrina's Place has four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- Master bedroom has king bed, walk in robe. Ensuite hosts spa bath, separate toilet and separate shower
- Bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen size beds; Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top) and a single bed.

Entire house fully ducted air- conditioned.

Each bedroom has ceiling fans, built in wardrobes.

Other bedrooms have access to a well designed second bathroom. This bathroom has dual sinks, bath, shower and separate toilet.

Open plan living/kitchen area provides great uninterrupted views to waterfront. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances.

House Best Features

The house's best features without a doubt is its huge outdoor entertaining deck. It boasts north-east wide water views designed to have complete protection from southerly winds. It includes an outdoor 5 burner BBQ, sink, service bench and fridge.

Other great features of this holiday home are:
- 47" LCD TV with Foxtel satellite TV (plus Netflix with your hotspot) (main lounge).
- FOXTEL outside on Deck with LCD flat screen TV
- Separate kids room with DVD.
- Outside/outdoor camper style fireplace.

The house has a separate fully equipped laundry.

- Floating pontoon (8m X 3m) to handle large and small boats. Access to power/light/water on pontoon. Dry dock for jetski.

Cozy house with relaxed sea-side vibe. Excellent access by boat with private pontoon. Lots of things for the teenage kids to do and see. Plenty of room and everything in good condition. Fabulous family stay

This home hit the mark on all that we were after. Perfect for my wife, I and 3 kids, we were able to moor our boat on the jetty and walk straight into the home. Loads of room for everyone, well appointed and nice furnishings, outdoor fire pit was a hit with the kids, foxtel was good to have at night. Perfectly quiet, absolutely safe and easy with the kids. We knew to take all our food but the shop at resort is 20+ minute walk so be prepared for that if you need extra's.

The house is in a perfect location with access to the pontoon, beach and Couran Cove in walking distance. The house has everything that you need for the stay and for your comfort. The house is generally clean and tidy inside and out. The owner was fantastic. Overall a great stay!

Spacious, well appointed, perfect for a large family, relaxing!

We felt relaxed the moment that we arrived at Whitehaven. It was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house is spacious and open planned and is perfect for kids as there is a wide frontage onto the sandy Beach & water allowing the kids to swim while being supervised from the balcony. The pontoon is large and perfect for fishing. We spent most of our time out on the huge balcony enjoying the cool breezes. There are a few bikes that we were able to use to ride into the resort & up to the beach. Couran Cove is an amazing place and we highly recommend this property. Matthew the host was very accommodating and easy to contact. We’ll be back for sure!

Great easy weekend for adults & kids. Love the huge deck and kids enjoyed the scooters.

Quick easy transfers from sanctuary cove with cove watertaxi, better value than ferry at $180 return, 8 people with luggage & food and drop off to pontoon at back door. Will book house & transfers again, really good value for 2x families!
