'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Absolutely amazing stay at the Witches Falls Cottages. Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! Very inviting cottage, super clean, cosy, comfortable and with everything we could need provided. Breakfast was so good. 'What a beautiful place for a getaway. The views are amazing. The cottage itself was fantastic. HugeTV, electric double theatre lounge, spa in lounge room, renovated bathroom with double shower head. We could not ask for anymore. Oh and a breakfast basket for the entire stay including bacon & eggs. Cannot speak highly enough about our stay. '
