Cozy and clean waterfront home on Raber Bay. Enjoy the view from the large living room windows, front deck or lawn. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, birdwatching and more in a peaceful setting. The shoreline is a mixture of rocks, sand and clay. Water shoes are recommended.
The home is a single level home requiring 3 steps to enter the home. The home has a wood burning fireplace and a large laundry room. A fish cleaning shack is located on the property.
This amazing getaway is positioned at the end of a short, private road. The driveway is circular and there is ample parking for vehicles and trailers. The home is conveniently located between the 2 public boat launches in Raber. A private boat launch is just down the road for a $10 fee.
The home is equipped with WiFi and a smart TV in the living room.
During the winter, Raber Bay can be accessed from the property by snowmobile, cross country skis or snowshoes. Ice fishing shacks can be set up just beyond the shore in front of the house.
During warmer months (when the ice is gone!), a dock is on site for your small fishing boat or to fish off. 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for guests to explore the nearby island, shore line and bay. An outdoor firepit is available for guests to enjoy.
Drummond Island, Sault Ste. Marie and St. Ignace are all within an hour drive from the home.
We allow well behaved dogs with a $100 pet fee.
