'When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. 'We had a nice spacious room on the ground floor. The room itself was clean and comfortabele with a small fridge and micro wave. Unfortunately for us the walls and ceilings are very thin and the couple in the room next to us or above us had sex three times! That leaves a bad taste. There are a few restaurants in the Neighbourhood. So for one night just passing through it is a very nice low budget hotel.'

'I did not stay at this property, a night was booked in error and the instant I realized the mistake, I tried to cancel, to which management responded "sorry. You're paying for this room whether you use it or not" i could not get ahold of anyone at the property to discuss the error. Even the phone number provided is "out of service" it took expedia nearly a week to get through to someone and they did not hesitate to let me know that I was stuck with the bill. 'Really good location, close to key highways and amenities. Location is quiet at night as well. Staff are generally friendly. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and a thorough cleaning. WiFi is VERY inconsistent. Free breakfast is quite simple.'

'Thos is not what I evleyftom the pictures or the reviews. The place was run down and half of it appears to be full-time renters. The halls and stairwells have rugs that are caked in filth. It says not smoking or pot smoking but the halls and rooms stink of cigarettes and people smoke pot constantly indoors so it smells in the halls and your room after you open the door. It was a terrible experience having an infant. There are no premium TV channels as posted. We got 4 channels total and...

'Room was great! Good size. Updated furnishings. Nicely equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. We had problems with the A/C not getting cool the first night, next day they installed a whole brand new unit! Came in that night and it was like a meat locker! Slept like a baby! Beds were comfortable too. I would recommend getting pillows with different levels of firmness. Other than that the stay was perfect!'
