'Nice and cozy place to stay. The staff was very nice professional and attentive. My room wasn’t very big but it was very clean with a mini frig and microwave. I have to brag about the breakfast because I’ve been to several hotels that offer breakfast…everything was fresh and delicious. My husband and I walked around sat and ate frozen yogurt the neighborhood was great!'

'The cabin was nice but i booked 2 days and only got to stay for one. I wasnt sent the info to get in (acess code) and couldn't get in contact with them until the 2nd day. Vrbo couldnt either. They told me i would get reimbursed but still have not. They were nice on the phone once i finally got in contact with them but the not being reimbursed due to them not allow me access in a timely fashion and having to book a hotelfor that first night really just kinda bothers me still.'

'We had such a unique experience at our rustic cabin. We were greeted by a horse, dogs, chickens, and more! Michelle, the owner went out of her way to make sure that all of our needs were met. 'My wife and I took a weekend hiking getaway from Dayton just before Halloween. The Primrose House is VERY clean, food is excellent! Big value here, located close to dozens of great trails (check out Burr Oak!). Nelsonville is very friendly and easy to navigate...good food in town too!'

'We liked the property and detailed info getting there. We encountered not one person on property until the next morning when going to the breakfast room. 'You won’t get claustrophobia here - open, rustic decor, feels a bit like a really big, cool man cave. Two games could use some attention — small version of foosball needs repaired or replaced; the bumper pool table needs nuts to hold down the bumpers; the jute box needs repairing as well. The hiking was outta this world! Reminds us so much of many spots in Zion National Park in Utah. Ohio’s best kept secret!'
