his home is located in a quiet residential coastal neighborhood just a short walk from Good Harbor Beach, one of Gloucester’s most iconic beaches. Set on Beach Road and directly across from Bass Rocks Golf Club, the area feels peaceful and established while still offering quick access to everything Gloucester has to offer.



Good Harbor Beach is just a 4-minute walk away, the scenic Back Shore is about a 1-minute drive, and Downtown Gloucester is approximately 7 minutes by car for restaurants, shops, harbor views, and local attractions.



It is the perfect balance of beach access, coastal scenery, and convenience.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Gloucester, Cape Ann, and the surrounding beaches. Guests have parking for up to 6 cars, making it easy for larger groups to come and go.



Good Harbor Beach is walkable from the home, and nearby destinations such as the Back Shore, Bass Rocks, Downtown Gloucester, Rocky Neck, Stage Fort Park, and Rockport are all a short drive away.



Rideshare availability may vary seasonally, so having a vehicle is the easiest way to get around.

This is a residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, observe quiet hours, and enjoy the home responsibly.
