The Space:
The upper and smaller of two A-Frames on this lot, this thoughtfully designed modern A-Frame embraces the charm of iconic alpine architecture. The layout features cozier, more intimate spaces and a steep staircase leading to the loft, creating a true A-Frame cabin experience. The loft stairs may not be ideal for young children, guests with mobility limitations, or those uncomfortable with heights.

The bathroom, and especially shower, are efficiently designed and may feel snug for larger guests.

Located in a very small town, the home operates on local water systems, and water pressure is naturally lower than in urban areas—part of the slower, unplugged pace of mountain living.

This home is best suited for guests who value design, atmosphere, and a refined retreat over expansive layouts.

Other Things to Note:
Hot tub & fireplaces: Relax and unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the cozy fireplaces—perfect for starry nights and mountain ambiance.

Serene location: Nestled in a quiet mountain setting, the cabin provides privacy, peaceful views, and easy access to nature.

Welcome — we’re delighted to host you. To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests, please observe the following:

• Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors, parties, or events.

• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including inside either cabin and all outdoor areas. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning and deodorizing fee.

• Fire pit use: Never leave unattended and do not use during windy or rainy conditions. Children must be supervised.

• Hot tub use: Shower before use, no glass, replace cover after each use, and supervise children at all times. Do not use while intoxicated.

• Outdoor areas & parking: Please do not move furniture between cabins. The driveway is shared — the lower A-Frame guests are instructed to park considerately underneath their deck or beside their cabin. You may park anywhere up behind the upper A-Frame.

• Loft stairs: This cabin is not child-proofed. Use handrails, no running, and use all amenities at your own risk.

• Treat the property with care and please report any damage promptly.

• Lock the door when leaving.
