« Pro: conveniently located. Easy freeway access. Lots of choices for dining within 5min of driving. FREE Parking despite really really tight spots. Con: Room smells really bad, not just from the cleaning detergents but a stench that would not disappear no matter how long you keep the door open. »

« Room - sliding door was off hinges had to put back on. Staff she was EXCELLENT Breakfast - MORE people than FOOD! i didn't' even wait to eat! It was too hot to sit in pool area, so i sat outside of the window there to watch my grand daughters swim. All in all I didn't NOT think this was worth the $$$ at all. But my son booked this room. We WON'T be back! But the girl at front desk SHE WAS EXCELLENT ..... »

« The only thing lacking is the free breakfast. There is an upcharge for breakfast so we opted to just go out to eat. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Absolutely love the living room area section to allow for visiting other than sitting on the bed. This was a repeat stay and we will most definately stay there again. »

« We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was terrible of cigarette smoke and other smoke. Lingered in the room and the hallway. Lean nice rooms but the smoke is a no for me »

« Hi, I didn't like that there was no full length mirror in the room. The toilets are very low. Apparently, there was no accessibility room with bars for the toilet area, I was told. I particularly liked that there was a window to open to let in fresh air. I liked the daily cleaning and towel replacement in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant stay. « We checked in and on the way to our 1st floor room saw the exterior door wide open for anyone to come in. We entered our room to a terrible smell. The window lock was broken so it could be opened from inside or outside. We changed rooms and the next room had a big smash in the door reminding me of The Shining movie. Bed base frame was broken and the “leather” sit down ottoman was ripped for about 12 inches. Didn’t try the continental breaksfast but it looked quite “old”. I wouldn’t stay...
