'Roads are small, but clean. The area is OK not too bad price not bad but staff 100% excellent very friendly and helpful people parking lot kind of small but overall I would stay here again.'

'This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.'

'Pro's it was clean inside but outside needs better up keep. There's parking but limited we ended up street parking Cons is the slipperiness of the room from whatever they sprayed all over the furniture and floor. The bathroom had nowhere to put soaps or bodywash etc. It was quiet and ok'

'The stay was just okay. Not much staff on duty so I waited for 10mins to be greeted. Once in my room, I realized that the TV was not connecting to the Internet. The phone in the room wasn't working so I had to use my cell to contact the front desk. Cell service was horrible. The receptionist came to the room to try to fix the connection and was unsuccessful. I asked to switch rooms but was told they were at full capacity. Hours later she offered a refund or room switch.'

'I didn't expect a lot from this lodging, but I was amazed by the renovation, the low prices during the week, the proximity to North Shore University Hospital, and how lovely the staff members were. It's not a super luxury place, but my room was updated nicely, the bed was great and the location is super convenient. Will use this one again!'
