'Overall a nice hotel with very good breakfast, renovated, staff was kind and polite. A nice, unexpected plus were free ski lifts on two mountains during the summer! 'Great location, nice modern room. Four star hotel with European standard. Missing a few basic room amenities for American tourists, like tissues, washcloths, ir a chair in the room.'

The listing on Hotels.com advertised a "triple room" with an image showing a single bed alongside a double bed. Assuming it was suitable for three people—my husband, my brother, and myself—I proceeded with the booking. However, the confirmation email indicated the booking was for two...
