'Why such a low rating? After a long day at the park, we arrived to check in after 4 p.m. An older woman was at the front desk. She checked us in and, after paying, told us the room wasn't ready and we had to come back in an hour. When we asked if we could leave our luggage in the room, she refused. When we returned after more than two hours, the room was barely cleaned. Otherwise, it was fine.'

'We always enjoy staying here when passing thru the area. Clean, affordable, amazing lake view, close to shopping & casino. The breakfast has plenty of options and the staff is friendly. '

'Best spot in the Hamilton area, all staff is great and courteous, the design and decor are very fitting for the area with the log home look and every other details, breakfast was great every day with options like ham, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels and other bread options, second time we have stayed here and enjoyed it very much both times. Very close to the business area of Hamilton, but outside enough for privacy '

'Doesn’t look like much but was a cute lil hideaway. Staff made everything convenient, room and area was clean. The drive to and from has amazing views!! Could have used more outlets and an ice machine but we made due. Would stay here again! '

'Er was niks te eten. Enkel koffie en thee. Het bed was vreselijk. Niet comfortabel. De ikskast stond er net naast en was zeer luidruchtig '
