Mooi resort, goed eten, personeel erg vriendelijk, kamers niet heel groot, wel een zitje ( sommige kamers op het noorden) twee mooie zwembaden, wel wat aan de koude kant

Nette kamers, rust, goed ontbijt. Eén maal diner genomen, kon beter. Mooi zwembad waar je rustig kan zonnen. Spijtig dat (buiten de receptie) het personeel niet vlot kan communiceren in een andere taal.

Toplocatie, heel mooi en rustig. Spijtig van de vochtige kamer en het gebrek aan gewoon brood of pistolets/stokbrood bij ontbijt.

El Resort es muy lindo pero lo que fue lo que hizo que no me guste la estadía fue la habitación que era demasiado básica en todos los sentidos para un Resort donde yo creo que se va a descansar. Muy pobre las habitaciones

Mixed Review
We were with a guest with mobility issues. There was no wheelchair parking and the parking lot was a long way from the room along a rough uneven path. All amenities were accessible by ramp but the ramps were very long. Also there was confusion over what the Silver reward was, with different staff telling us different things. The food in the restaurant was extremely average and relatively expensive and some arrived cold. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful experience - Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Stayed 4 nights with a small group of girlfriends and it was such a wonderful stay. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is the perfect place to spend a day and the hotel staff was truly incredible. They made us feel right at home and helped organize anything we needed - from great meals to rides to nearby towns and smooth airport transfers. It was the perfect home base for relaxing and spending time together just outside of the busy towns while still being just a five minute drive away. We hope to be back again for another relaxing stay.

We had a great time at the Tenuta! The pool is amazing and well positioned with a constant breeze from the far sea. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and recharge.

Such a disappointment
We were so excited about our stay here, this was supposed to be the highlight of our trip as was by far the most expensive hotel of our two week stay in Puglia. We had booked to stay here for 6 nights and from all the pictures and Instagram it looked like a really luxury hotel with lots to offer. On arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who basically just gave us the keys and showed us to our room. There was no tour or friendly welcome or explanation of anything the hotel has to offer. Our room was fine and clean. Apart from one or two of the staff, everyone who works here is miserable and unfriendly which is a shame, as we found everyone else in Puglia so nice and helpful. The breakfast was awful. The menu is very odd whereby you either order a plate of sweet, savoury or “fresh”. The fresh consisted of dry muesli straight from a packet, a yoghurt (no choice of flavour) and a fruit bowl which was always 90% melon and watermelon. The cappuccino was really bad too, the coffee being bitter and the milk being uht milk, which is not something I would expect from a 4 star hotel. We noticed some products are from euro spin which is a very cheap Italian supermarket and not what you would expect from 4 star. The marketing of this place is exceptional compared to what is delivered. It is extremely overpriced. Had I not prepaid for our stay I would have checked out early and found somewhere else. Overall we would really not recommend this place and will certainly not be back.

The staff were lovely and the accommodation was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Comfy foam bed. Lovely view from the bedroom over the olive groves. Breakfast excellent. Swimming pool and surroundings beautiful as were all the hotel grounds. Just wish the pool was warmer! Did not eat dinner in the restaurant.

Really lovely hotel. Staff so friendly, pool area amazing. Great continental breakfast with eggs & coffee made to order. The hotel is a little out of town but they happily arrange for a scooter tuk tuk to take you into Otranto (€10 a trip) if you don’t want to drive the couple of kms. Would recommend.

What a lovely surprise to find a such a lovely little boutique hotel so close to Ontronto . A relaxing beautiful environment .very friendly staff with good service . The pool area and bar was lovely .clean comfortable room and a good breakfast we enjoyed a lovely dinner on one evening and had a hire car to explore the beautiful surrounding area . My only negative is finding the hotel in the dark ! The address is not compatible with a sat nav ! But we were lucky with helpful locals . A Tuk Tuk was a great way to get to the town if you don’t want to drive . I would highly recommend this hotel for a few nights adventure in beautiful Puglia .

Simpatico resort with lovely pool and garden
A pleasant medium sized property with a nice, relaxed atmosphere, conveniently located just outside the Otranto ring road. Plus points: Beautiful, spotlessly clean, large swimming pool; friendly, helpful staff; spacious room. No major shortcomings though the food/beverage offer is overpriced in my opinion. And be aware that the car park is about 100 metres from reception and it is impossible to stop briefly at the hotel to drop bags off. We also found the foam mattress rather umcomfortable but this could be a personal thing.

Très bel endroit bien entretenu, grande et très agréable piscine où pouvoir se détendre toute la journée. A 5 min de voiture d’Otranto (parkings payants le soir a 5€). Les prix du bar et du restaurant malgré tout un peu élevés. Nous avons trouvé l’offre au bar limitée et avons été déçus par la qualité du dîner.

A modern touch to a traditional Italian experience
We had a wonderful and relaxed stay here. In comparison to most Italian hotels we have experienced (with a few exceptions), this place has a modern touch and its a blessing. The service is great, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, peaceful ambience and a fantastic pool area which I’d say is its major selling point. You won’t be disappointed. Location wise, it is a 4 minute drive into the centre. We would stay again.

Non ho avuto una buona esperienza....
Brevemente...dopo i primi 5 giorni (non al massimo) abbiamo avuto infiltrazione d'acqua dal soffitto in corrispondenza del letto matrimoniale...e non sono stati all'altezza di risolvere il problema nonostante si parli e si paga un resort 4 stelle...

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et nous avons apprécié la grande piscine.Les petits déjeuners sont très bien. Otranto est à seulement quelques minutes ainsi que les plages.
