'Becky and Chip are superb hosts. Becky responded to all my questions and was most helpful. The accommodation is a suite with a full kitchen. It is one of the few kitchens that could accommodate just about anything that you might like to cook. The living room was very comfortable. After a long drive, the sofas were much appreciated. There were little things that most hosts don't include that I think should be called out. There was / were 1. a welcome note, which shocked me. The note...

'Great location. It was clean for the most part. However there were a lot of gnats which was irritating. It only had one window AC for the entire unit and we were there during a heat wave which didn't help. The AC worked fine, but the unit is probably just a bit too large for a single window AC. Otherwise the unit is as advertised and the landlord was good about keeping in touch and offered recommendations on things to do and places to eat. 'We LOVED it here!! Awesome location, clean, good price, and it has everything you need for a great stay in Erie. The beds were super comfy, wide open living room, both bedrooms were just right with ample closet space. Gally kitchen fully equipped with basics. Oasis Bar and grill is on the same street so that's perfect. The private access to Kelso beach is a bonus, however it's not quite walking distance but has guest parking available. Five minutes drive to Presque Isle, and Waldameer Park is...

'Host had great communication..he checked in often to ask if we needed anything and how the stay was going. There were some breakfast items left provided. As well as some waters and soda. It was a good location and not far from anything.'

'This property was well suited for our first visit to Erie. The apartment is clean, bright, and had plenty of space for us and our dog. Admittedly, we didn't take advantage of the two TVs or cooking (we did a lot of exploring / outdoor time). The furniture was comfortable and the large bed was relaxing after a long day. The neighborhood is quiet and the short walk to a park and ice cream stand was a treat. Melody is quick to respond to any questions or to offer assistance and check-in/-out...

'This location is close to everything! So nice inside and quiet road.'
