'We had a really nice stay at the Idoop. Clean, good shower and the best bed we had during our travelling so far. The staff is most friendly and willing to help with any kind of request. All of the staff speak English. There is a nice shopping mall nearby but for other touristic atractions you have to rent a taxi or car with driver. That can also be arranged in the hotel... "I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with an overall old and neglected feel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards, and it was clear that the hotel has not been updated or properly cared for in a long time. The service was also unsatisfactory. The staff were neither friendly nor helpful, and it often felt as if guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Issues were not resolved promptly, and there was little effort to make the stay comfortable. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. For the price paid, I expected at least a clean room and decent service, but unfortunately, neither was provided."
