'Super comfortable bed, exceptionally clean, easy access into room with private entrance, nicely sanded and salted outside(winter visit), staff called to let us know that they were closing early (due to Christmas holiday) and where to get the key. That was a nice touch! Overall very satisfied with cost and would return ! Thx! '

'Had seven adults and two toddlers for a week. Although a lot of work has gone into the house be aware it is an older house. So accept creaky floors and window AC. There is a walk in shower on the third floor and a tub shower on both second floor bathrooms. The kitchen was fantastic for making our family dinner. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Some windows were hard to open and shut. Some beds are against the wall so a partner may have to climb over another to exit the bed. ...

'Gloria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful. She provided lots of information about the property and quickly responded to any messages. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The location is excellent too, a short drive to the Weirs Beach area and the Bank of NH Pavilion can be accessed through a private path on the property. Definitely will stay again!'

'Very nice property, close to by far the nicest public beach on all of Lake Winnipesaukee. Beautiful views of the lake. On a very quiet street with many pedestrians/cyclists which was nice to walk down. Host was an excellent communicator and brought extra toys and a wagon to the house when I told him we had small kids. House is technically part of a duplex but very much feels like an entire house and has a separate entrance.'

'Well sorted house 3 minutes from gunstock. 3 bedrooms make it easy to vacation with 3 generations. The driveway is certainly steep and eager to form ice. I put down about 3 bags of salt to solve the issue. I recommend you do the same. AWD and winter tires highly recommended.'
