The master suite and master bathroom are located on the first floor with french doors leading to the outside Jacuzzi/hot tub! A spacious foyer and library with fireplace greet you as you enter the Château. The great room/dining area, chef's kitchen, bathroom and laundry room and pantry complete the first floor.

Private parking for 8 cars, the Château is off of a private driveway. Tacoma is 15 minutes away, Seattle 60 minutes.
