Located within the well-maintained Residence Ipanema (in the last and quietest building on Via Teocle), our apartment boasts an enviable location with a breathtaking dual view: on one side, the blue waters of Giardini Naxos, and on the other, the majesty of Mount Etna. The true luxury of this home is its direct access to the beach. Step through the gate and you’ll find yourself right on the sand, where you can choose between the amenities of the fully equipped “Bonday Beach” resort or the freedom of the adjacent public beach (one of the very few remaining in the area!). When you return from the beach, you can use the convenient shared showers to freshen up and rinse off the sand before heading inside. We know how stressful it can be to find parking in the summer—that’s why we offer our guests free, exclusive use of an underground garage. Park your car upon arrival and enjoy a “zero-stress” vacation, surrounded by all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay!
