Un peu cher, mais sympa.
Très sympatique réception de la part de Frédéric malgré l'heure (très) tardive de mon arrivée. Je regrette qu'il n'y avait pas la télévision (problème de changement de fournisseur d'accès), que cela n'aie pas été mentionné et que cela n'aie pas fait l'objet d'une ristourne. A ce sujet, je trouve le prix surévalué par rapport aux prestations. Merci encore à Fred qui s'est levé de bonne heure afin de me préparer le petit-dej pour que je sois à l'heure à mon rendez-vous.

Quiet and in a good position
A new location in a very quiet environment at about 10 minutes walking from the city centre. There are pubs and restaurants not far from it. It is easy to reach it from the train station with tram no. 2; main tram lines stop nearby the B&B. The owner is a wonderfully nice man, providing you with a healthy breakfast every morning. Cleanings are done once a week, but if you need your room to be cleaned more often, or you need extra towels or toilet paper just ask the owner. Remember that credit card are not accepted.

Passive aggressive, arrogant and impolite
locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across. I can give atleast a few examples in my finger tips where he should passive aggression that was not called for but I wouldn’t waste my time here. I would NOT recommend his place NOR i would ever stay there again. A piece of advice, be kind and polite with your customers. Good luck.

Hello hervé I just read your review. i think i have to give you an explanation. I am very hurt you are so disappointed about your stay. i will excuse me when i did give you a negative attitude. i just try to explain, and i am not looking for excuses. My husband is intensive care in UZ hospital since 10/8. Maybe that is the reason i am looking negative. I hope you can understand and i am really sorry.
