'LEGOLAND Hotel Dubai is a fantastic destination for families with children between 2 and 12 years old. The entire experience is designed around keeping kids entertained, and they will absolutely love it.
The hotel itself is starting to show its age and could really benefit from a major renovation. The rooms and facilities feel a bit worn compared to newer family resorts in Dubai.
That said, what truly makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every single team member was friendly, welcoming, and...

'The way to the hotel is very hard to find. My UBER had to drive 3x around and around for 3x15min and finally drove against the wrong way to the hotel, just to be able to drop me off. At the entrance there is no lobby, just a simple table, no computer, no phones, just a guy sitting there with a big book where he writes down the name of the guests. His English was terrible. He did not know, or could not even check, if I had a booking. This is also on a very strange and distant location. There is...

10/10 Voortreffelijk
I was positive surprised about the service and help of the staff. I got a upgrade to the a room in the villas. Room was clean, bathroom was very clean, towels were soft and not like in some other hotels 20years old. The air-condition was working good and not disturbing for sleeping. Diner in buffet and breakfast was like a 5 star hotel. In the bar, in the evening you will have always a good ambient with the other guest around the piano and a live performance.
I will book this hotel again without...
