THE SPACE
This 696 sq ft suite has an open-concept kitchen and living area, a private balcony, and floor-to-ceiling windows with 9-ft ceilings. The bedroom features a king bed with a Casper mattress and blackout shutters; the living area has a custom media wall with a 65-inch smart TV and Samsung soundbar. You'll also have a full bathroom, a dedicated workspace, in-suite washer/dryer, central A/C, and high-speed WiFi throughout. It's finished in a calm light-oak and neutral palette — bright, modern, and move-in ready.

This is a private home, not a hotel room, so there is no daily housekeeping, although cleaning services can be arranged if requested. A full range of cleaning supplies are available in the home.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have full, private access to the entire suite — kitchen, living area, king bedroom, bathroom, balcony, and laundry. As a guest of the residence, you can also use the building's shared amenities: rooftop pool and ocean-view bar, three on-site restaurants (including a coffee shop), fitness center, sauna, and secure parking.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Check-in is handled by the host, who will provide your key card(s) for full building access. A welcome set of coffee is included to make your first mornings easy. As this is a private residence within a managed building, guests are asked to follow One GT's building rules (quiet hours, pool and amenity etiquette, no parties or events). 14-night minimum; monthly and longer discounts available.
