'客房整潔，職員熱情，會主動打招呼。早餐品種也多，就是咖啡機有點慢，經常排長龍。😅'

'We had a wonderful, amazing trip and we were so happy with this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, within easy reach of all the famous city landmarks, including the Bell Tower, and Muslim quarter. The buffet breakfast was incredible, with really delicious food. Every member of staff was warm and friendly, and they surprised us with a couple of nice little gifts during our stay. Our room was very spacious, fitted with big windows. Lots of natural light flooded in, making the room...

'Sauberes, ruhiges und großes Zimmer mit einem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir wurden auch vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit in unser Zimmer eingelassen. Außerdem befindet sich das Hotel sehr nah am muslimischem Viertel sowie am Glockenturm und einer Einkaufsmeile.'

'Loved this hotel, hundred percent would come back friendly staff great breakfast. So many good fines nearby loved the room and the. Ambience.'

'Excellent Location, but Service and Housekeeping Need Improvement The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a stone’s throw from the subway station and within walking distance of the Bell Tower, shopping areas, and plenty of eateries. The breakfast spread offers a good variety of choices. However, food items are sometimes not replenished promptly when they run out. There also seems to be a lack of staff to guide guests to their tables during breakfast. Housekeeping is another area that...

'Super mooie accommodatie met ook mooie kamers met fijn bed en goede douche. Drankjes kun je overdag zonder betaling uit de koelkast pakken en er is tevens gratis fruit en kleine snacks. Ook prima ontbijt! Plezierige medewerkers en vlak bij metro station. Dikke 10 voor deze accommodatie!'

'Good location'

'The property was incredibly clean. The staff super friendly and helpful.'

'Very fancy room. Excellent price. Convenient location.'

'Hotel bello, pulito, stanza ampia colazione perfetta fatta all istante, forse un po lontano dalla metro ma con didi o taxi a poco prezzo giri la città, straconsigliato'

'Excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff in a geat location, let down by the breakfast. In the three days we stayed there non of the hot food western style (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, etc.) was even warm. The buffet food was cold. Shame for a Westin as they are generally a good hotel.'

'Great stay'

'Amazing hotel, nice neighbourhood '

'OMG, this was the best hotel of my entire trip! The location is excellent, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. But the shared spaces and rooms are on another level. It feels like staying in a traditional teahouse, with tea rooms to explore and a beautiful inner courtyard. I won’t give too much away, this hotel is a gem. I fell in love with the balcony that came with my room, the perfect spot to enjoy some tea. It was great value for money, too. If I return to Xi’an, I’ll definitely stay...

'It was incredibly beautiful; I will recommend it to everyone.'

'Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available'

'Ruime kamers, perfecte ligging, kraaknet en heel knap hotel. 100 meter van metro uitgang A2'

'I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city. The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options...
