Strandhotels in General Luna

'This was one of the best resorts/hotels I have ever stayed at. 10 rooms only, and everything you can request, wish, dream of is all included in the price. You are treated like the most important people in the world, and the whole time feel like you have this paradise to yourself. Everything they do is done with quality and passion. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I can't wait to go back. '

'We enjoyed the hotel's amazing view from our room, the infinity pool and great customer service. One negative I could say is the wifi internet from our room is no good. However Wifi access from restaurant and reception office is fairly good. I might add that the noise of creaking bed is a bit annoying. Overall it was a great stay.'

'Great hotel with large comfortable rooms. Lovely position on the beach. Close to town and cloud nine. Reception and tour staff highly recomendable. Did some surf lessons with great teachers too. Points to improve: no wifi in our room (6). The front of the hotel needs a good clean up.'

'Hotel service is excellent. Everyone is friendly. Love the bar tender from Boracy; he’s very entertaining and the attendant from Surigao. Sorry I forgot their names. the room is clean. I like the Zumba and yoga. I only wish that the beach is swim able. We order the Kilawin from the bar as one of our appetizers. Please tell the chef not to put the hot chili pepper. Seriously so hot that we burn the roof of our mouth.'

'On the website offered appartement of 70 m2 We got one of 35 with uncomfortabel bed. Second night after long discusions a apartment of 48 m2 still not 70 .finally I found out there only 2 appartments of 70 m2 so we feld misled compensation 20 percent of the foodbill management very poor'

'Staff was nice when around. . roof leaked flooed the floor had to move rooms. . Could here pump running all night. . Toilet seats came and went and never were attached. . Really odd. . Bathrooms were dirty staff sat around. Had tkme too clean. breakfast was super expensive. '
