'We had a lovely comfortable overnight stay. The big bed was comfy with doona and extra pillows and blanket in the cupboard. It got a little stuffy overnight but the aircon fixed that. and the bathroom was great. Brand new and clean. Everything worked well! I'd stay here again :)'

'This apartment was great and has everything you need for a 2 week stay. It’s clean and spacious with all facilities including washing machine and dryer. We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. '

'Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that affected our experience. The lamp beside the bed was not working, and the bathroom light was hanging out, which was both inconvenient and concerning. We also found that a pill box had been left in a drawer, which suggests the room was not thoroughly checked prior to our arrival. Lots of dust behind the bed was not good for my allergies. In addition, there was no milk provided, the kitchen had limited plates and cutlery, and there was no spa...

'The Good: check in and parking was easy. We checked in late and found the SMS instructions to get the key from the keysafe very clear. Bed linen and towels were clean - which was a relief. Soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner was all fine. The Ugly: bathroom looked clean and could tell it was renovated. However we could tell it wasn't clean - did have marks on tiles that should have come off with a scrub. There was black muck on the shower screen that would come off with bleach. Carpets...

'If you like mould, filth, paper thin walls and junkies, this is the place for you! I lasted about 30mins and left. I felt so uneasy by the state of the room and clientle. Definitely not worth $120+ taxes. The cancellation policy which I agreed to meant no refund at that late stage but I didn't care, I had to leave for my own peace of mind. I would give half a star if an option.'
