'The to small room was to warm. According to the pictures and promotion it was not what we expected at all. To get to the top floor we had to use for the last stock the stairs. No desk, no staff. Very unpersönlich Perhaps for some people oké. Certainly not for us. Price- qualify is in total unbalance, according to what we had to pay.... '

'Great room for the price, nothing to complaint. Room is as described. Limited front desk working time, but very helpful and very kind, I appreciated their help when I had a problem with the bill. Considered a bit far from Central Berlin, but very close to an S-Bahn station, so not a problem. Would recommend if on a budget!'

'Bad service , no cleane towel's the next day . Outside dirty property…. Shower is horrible , Very little water comes out of the tap. The first and the last time we stay at A&O Hotel.'

'Accommodation looks like an abandoned hospital building remodelled to a hostel. It is practical to sleep there, but not much else. Bed makes noises when you move and it didn’t smell too well. On the positive note, the rooms are spacious which makes it easy to manage your luggage. I think I would only consider this place again if this is the only affordable option in Berlin.'

'The accommodation was very clean, quiet, and luxuriously made up. The beds are amazing. If you have the uber app you can get to the center within 10 minutes. Our stay was very pleasant and would definately book again. The hotel itself is also very beautyfull. '

'The Bensimon features very large apartments nicely renovated. The communication process was superb. The room was spotless and quiet. It overlooked a central courtyard characteristic of Berlin apartments. It was easy to get to by Tram. We would stay again.'

'Our stay exceeded our expectations! The room was huge and we loved the free gym access!'
