'Im a frequent customer, but I didn’t like it this time. The classless is not as the same level we used to have. Carpets full of stains. The maintenance is not sufficient, our washroom suction was not working. Breakfast is not good as well. The breakfast time from 6-9, when come at 8, no fruits was available. Hopefully next time we see some improvement.'

'The pool was terrible, the water was green and was it apparent that the water has not been cleaned in awhile. This was a huge let down because I was traveling with children. Other than that the staff were friendly, the food was good and the rooms were clean.'

'we got what we paid for. the hotel claims to be smoke free but it feels like it had been smoked in for decades before implementing that rule. the carpet had a sticky film that was unpleasant to walk on. the chair, desk, and mirror were all stained. the tv stand was pulled away from the wall when we arrived and i had to move it back myself. the room had a large window into the hallway as if it were on a balcony - but the hallway was entirely indoors. paying extra for parking is pretty tacky, just...

'Our stay was very nice other than only 1 out of 2 elevators worked and the hotel was very busy. The breakfast buffet was definitely not up to the standards of many others we have been to. The setup was very disorganized, the hot food was mislabeled and things were messy. I did love the layout of our room and the bed was very comfortable.'

'The room was nice. We have 3 kids, so the pull out sofa really helped. The pool was also a nice inclusion, and two of the kids swam in the morning (good to have a 12pm checkout!). I would have given four stars but the breakfast wasn't great. Waffles and tater tots were good, but the eggs were blah as was the sausage.'

'Booked with them 2 nights, 2nd night they say they're overbooked somehow and I will have to find somewhere else to stay. They never offered to fix their mix up. My family was displaced due to storm which knocked our electric and water out. I'm highly displeased and disappointed with the serice and treatment I received.'

'Our stay was very comfortable. Our room was pretty big. We stayed in the 2 double bed and sofa (with a trundle). Our room was clean, no complaints. We never made the breakfast but our stay came with breakfast. We will def stay here again.'
