Negatief: Netheid, inchecken, communicatie en accuraatheid advertentie
We where not satisfied with our stay here. Had to call them to get check in details, since we did not recive any, even i had sent two messages.
Here is the list so far of things that was not in order:
The frying pan is missing a handle
The oven did not work
The sink on the batroom is clogged, water is going down very slowly
The toilet seat is loose
Its dirty several places in the apartment
It was a pair of old socks on one of the bedrooms
There was some false lashes glued to the wall on the bathroom
There was a pidgon nesting on the balcony
The refrigerator smells pretty bad inside and the light inside is not working
The light above the cooktop did not work
The light over the counter on the kitchen does not work
No spatula for the frying pan
very few plates in the kitchen and also very few cutleries. We are 2 adults and 2 kids, and we need to run the dishwasher after every meal, even the apartment is ment to house up to 10 people.
one of the lights in the bathroom does not work.
There is no shower curtain.
It hardly comes any water out of the shower head.
We sent a mesage to the owner the morning after check in regarding these issues. They just asked us to send pictures. So we did that, and then they asked us to fill in a complaint form. So we did that, and also asked if they could come and fix some of the more pressing issues. They then just stopped reponding the rest of the stay.
This is far from an "Elite - Deluxe appartment" as advertised. Very unprofessional business.
