'Var på en trevlig vistelse med min bror och vi valde det hotell som är bara 15-20 min att åka. Vi fick hjälp från alla personal. Alla som jobbar på hotellet var väldigt hjälpsamma människor. Vi fick tips om att köpa lokal sim kortet...två av personal var med oss överallt för att hjälpa oss köpa presenter och besöka museum och pyramid. Vi är så glada....'

'We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were the highlight, in which nothing was too difficult for them and they were always there for whatever we needed. In particular Alaa, Ahmed and Youssef were amazing and made us feel extra special. 'It’s a place where you can truly relax from the heart. We chose it as our base for visiting Saqqara on the last day of our Egypt trip, and it ended up being the best memory of our entire journey. 'Het was een super gezellige familie hotel. Basant was een zeer vriendelijke receptioniste , ze was zeer behulpzaam en altijd met een glimlach. Zaid was ook een super lieve jongen die ons hiel met alles. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Een aanraden!'

'Güzel bir otel, çalışanlar çok ilgili. Otel açısından konaklamada herhangi bir problem yok ancak otelin bulunduğu lokasyon çok kötü. Akşam saatlerinde dışarı çıkmanızı önermem. 'They offer a unique location that you will take many photos in jt and excellent services for reception, housekeeping, and breakfast. The gentleman in the restaurant was very polite and helpful. But the only issue is the construction in the street which makes the entrance appear a bit scary. Hopefully this construction will be finished soon enough. The elevator is small but overall works well. '

"Het hotel is gedateerd, heeft opknapbeurt nodig. Kamers zijn eenvoudig ingericht, niet alles werkt, minibar leeg. Reservering 4 maanden van te voren gedaan voor kamer met View, dus geen kamer met View, Eerste nacht zelfs in ander hotel moeten slapen, vanwege overboeking in het hotel. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en aardig. Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Rooftop restaurant voor Dinner is gemiddeld. Van de twee keer dat ik daar gegeten hebben heeft het 1 uur geduurd voor dat het eten op tafel stond. Mixed grill was vlees te gaar en zwart aangebrand. Kamermeisjes doen hun werk zeer goed. Omgeving is zeer luid vanwege ingang naar pyramides, stinkt en geeft sávonds onveilig gevoel. Personeel van naastgelegen "hotels" proberen je allerlei tours te verkopen. "
