'The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. 'Friendly and helpful staff. They accommodated my request to switch rooms to a quieter location, but did not inform us that the room would be downgraded. I paid for a king suite and did not get it, so that was disappointing. Overall good experience. The bathroom could use some attention, there was stuff splattered on the walls, fingernail clippings behind the door and no hot water.'

'There were two TV’s neither worked, power went out several times during my stay!! Arrived on Saturday evening wasn’t able to get into another room until late afternoon the next day Sunday. Excuse was no maintenance on sight!! Hotel was booked so I couldn’t be moved into a more suitable room until Sunday.
