'Great location and price for one night'

'Clean rooms, convenient'

'Great digs for a few nights. Love kitchenette and being able to cook my own meals. Staff great. Some updates needed to the enterance and halls. Will book again one day.'

'Had a reservation for an accessible room, which was unavailable when we checked in. They switched us to a more expensive room and charged us an additional fee instead of waving it. The explanation given was there were maintenance issues (previous guest had pets that had caused damage) but I still think the additional charge should have been waived as our reservation was changed through no fault of ours.'

'Cleaning room'

'We had an excellent experience for the 6 days spent at the Southport Hampton Inn. Of particular note were the laundry facilities. The room and machines were very cleaned and well maintained. Our room had a small issue with the towel rack. Staff resolved the problem immediately. This was our first time staying at the Hampton and will definitely return on our next trip to Indianapolis.'

'Nice and clean will book again in the future. Pleasant staff. Only thing add grab bars in Bathroom and a taller tolit it's to low to the floor i thought it was a kids tolit.'
