'We arrived at the property and there was no heat or warm water (in freezing temps) the host was bad a communication and didn't provide any timeframe if we would have the issue resolved. After 2 hours we were forced to book another location because of the poor host communication. '

'Checked in and the TV didn't work. Host dropped another remote off the next day, they were very prompt with that. The fireplace was exchanged during the week but the flute was not reinstalled therefore it could not be used. The contractor performing some remodel work on another unit and the landscape had no idea there was a tenant there and I had to walk through the construction zone that was difficult to pass through in the dark. Needs more plates. There was only one in the cupboard.'
