'Good size room. Well situated. We had a beautifull view from the room. Contact went really smooth, we asked for extra pillows and they were brought immediately. It is quite close to a busy road, so traffic is hearable. Had to close the window at night.'

'We found the apartment’s lighting was too dark because of dark color of walls and not enough of lighting fixtures. Besides the fixtures are spot lights type so that certain areas were not covered. No headboard lights. The room is quite decent and very clean. Ample space for two people. Location is quite good, closes to the freeway leading to downtown Reykjavik.'

'The apartment had everything we needed for three people. It was located very close to a supermarket and a great place for us to rest after exploring for the day. We rented a car and drove in and out of Reykjavík a number of times and out to the countryside with no issues. There was great communication between the property owners/manager and me. If I messaged I had a response in a very timely manner. I definitely would recommend staying here; it’s in a quiet neighborhood. '

'Decent apartments close to the downtown. Many cafes, restaurants nearby. The apartments are self check-in and they provide all information over email a few days before travel. Communication with them via email and phone was top notch! The rooms were clean with a kitchenette but a bit cramped for space when you have to open a big suitcase. The bed was not too comfy and had a creaking sound. The shower area is separatedfrom the WC by just a curtain, there is no cabin. So, the water spreads a bit.'

'The property was represented as an “apartment” see its name, My wife inspected the unit and noted the ”furniture other than the beds. Was absent with only a microwave. Most parking was in rear with long walk to access the unit. Looked like a youth hostel or a dorm room. We couldn’t stay there at all, The location was far from center of Reykjavik. The manager emailed that he would cancel the reservation WITHOUT CHArge. II told the general management company that I am going to protest the charge...
