Turned out it was totally unplugged, as was the phone—so returning to our room at 11:30 at night, we had no phone because someone disconnected it…we thought both things unplugged was rather strange. Refrigerator ran loudly all night. Got up to shower the next morning and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. Thank goodness my husband had the foresight to bring a travel sized bottle.'

'The renovation completed inside the room was very nicely thought out with the space available. The bathroom was especially modern, clean and had big shower. The two queen beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the motel is deceiving as it gives camp vibes. I would have enjoyed an ice machine, snack machine and a coffee maker with better choices of coffee with creamer. The motel is so close to SPAC which was a huge plus. The lack of an office or staff at a desk was odd, but we...

'Run as fast as you can! The motel is disgusting and mold infested. The furniture was in poor repair, the sink had old dried toothpaste stuck to the sides, and the walls are paper thin. We ended up not staying and left. Truly disturbing that this is even available.'

'My husband and I were here for a concert, hotel was older but beautifully maintained. Check in was great, parking was easy. The elevator stopped working, but again we understand the age of the hotel and disregarded the inconvenience. I wish i had more time here to learn the history and explore. We will definitely be back! Unfortunately upon check out I purchased a mountain dew in the lobbys convenience store area, i opened it took a sip to find out not only was it flat but there was particles...

I have stayed at dozens of hotels but I was very surprised at how well this place was run and how much I enjoyed it. Top place in Saratoga and perfectly located'
