The living room is perfectly appointed for relaxation. Choose your favorite spot to lounge, from the comfortable couches to the built-in window bench - all perfect for catching up with loved ones, soaking in the gorgeous views, or curling up with a good book. Walls of windows showcase panoramic Gulf views and create the bright, airy atmosphere you're looking for in a beach house, while the classic wood walls add warmth and charm that make you feel right at home.

The family chef won't be far from the fun in the fully-equipped kitchen. Abundant counter space means everyone can take part in cooking up memories together. Between two full-size refrigerators and plentiful cabinet storage, there's plenty of room for all your favorite beach snacks and vacation essentials. The breakfast bar seats 5, and the dining table seats 6 - both offering beautiful Gulf views while you dine.

With 5 private bedrooms, everyone can enjoy their space at the end of the day. Upstairs, the primary king suite boasts a wall of windows, a sitting area, and en suite bathroom featuring a gorgeous emerald green tiled shower. The second upstairs bedroom includes queen and twin beds, a sitting area, deck access and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Another upper level bedroom with queen and twin beds shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the bunk room. Back on the main level, you'll find a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom that is accessible by the street-facing deck.

The large, open deck is the crown jewel of this beachfront treasure. Enjoy the Gulf breeze, sights, and sounds from the comfort of your rental. Prefer a little shade? Step into the screened-in area to sit back and relax while still enjoying those spectacular views. When you're ready to hit the sand, the beach is just a few steps away. Pack up your beach cart and get ready to build sandcastles or ride the waves with your favorite people! After a day at the beach, rinse off your sandy toes in the outdoor shower before gathering around the built-in picnic table for a meal or heading back inside to plan tomorrow's island adventures.

PET POLICY
This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.

PARKING
Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT
We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you.
Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.

LOCAL & LOVING IT
We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

Sand `N Sea works very hard to promote a quiet atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests and our West End Galveston neighbors. Sand `N Sea does not allow weddings, graduation, prom or other parties/events at this home. At the broker's discretion, a refundable security deposit may be required before finalizing any reservation. On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, and great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Galveston Railroad Museum, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.
