You'll be poolside while being only steps from the beach! We are located next to the larger of the two swimming pools The Dawn has to offer. Additionally guests will have secured & monitored parking, access to a clubhouse as well as a full workout facility. We are located on the Seawall and are very close to all the attractions Galveston has to offer! First floor unit, no stairs!!!
Entry - Keyless code entry, removes the hassle of looking after another set of keys! First floor, easy access to parking.
Main Room - A tastefully decorated open floor plan offering comfortable seating for your family & friends. A 48" smart tv allows you access to all your favorite streaming services, a blue ray player is available as well. Couch turns into a full size sleeper as well.
Back Patio - Furnished with two chairs and foot rests and easy access to the pool with our gate!
Kitchen - Fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, plates, cups, utensils, and other basic cooking supplies. Coffee & Tea is complimentary and can be made via a pot or pod.
Bedroom - Queen size bed with views out to the swimming pool. TV is set up for a Blue Ray player, as well as cable tv or the ability to sign into any of your streaming accounts you may have. The room is light, bright and very comfortable.
Closet - Fully stocked with extra pillows, sheets, comforters, towels, beach towels and a one person fold out sleeping pad.
Bathroom - Extra large shower. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper & towels.
Laundry - Full size washer and dryer for guests convenience.
*The Dawn charges $40 per car, for lengths of stay of 1-3 nights, and $50 per car, for lengths of stay of 4 or more nights for guests to park their cars inside the gates. This applies to all visitors and is meant to keep your valuables protected and only allow paying guests to enjoy our amenities.
*Absolutely NO smoking, parties, undisclosed guests or glitter inside the condo.
