The third bedroom perfect for kids has a twin over full bunkbed, and another twin over twin plus trundle bunk. Queen-size folding bed and the living room sofas can be used for sleeping extra guests. The main deck provides plenty of space for entertaining. A light in the canal right in front of the house allows for viewing of fish during the nighttime hours. Garage downstairs serves as a game room where you can challenge family or friends to a round of ping pong or darts. The community boat ramp, pier and pavilion are conveniently located right across the street from the house. There is plenty of parking on the driveway and on the street for larger groups. You are only a 3 minute drive away from Bay Harbor beach. The very beautiful, untamed white sand beaches and sand bars along the San Luis Pass, where you can drive your car or 4-wheel vehicles, is a popular fishing spot and is only 9 mins away. For added convenience, a short drive will also get you to the local grocery store, bait shops, gas stations, and restaurants.
