Come and stay at this incredible 4/4 BEACHFRONT home which has something for everyone! Great for family vacation or romantic getaways. Wide, CLEAN, private beaches for long walks and building sandcastles. This house has it all...spectacular views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from the two large covered balconies, new flooring throughout, remodeled bathrooms including a claw foot tub in the Master, 3 king size beds, open concept into the living room with 55' flat screen TV. Three bedrooms are located on the top floor; with one bedroom located on the main floor. All upstairs bedrooms have TV's. House has a charcoal grill, beach chairs, beach towels, toys, etc. The dune walkover is 1 minute from the house and Pointe West Beach Club is a 3 min drive. Summer only requires a 4 night minimum stay and will release 2 and 3 night stays if available during the summer. 2 night minimums in off-peak season with the exception of some holidays.
