  • Newly renovated top floor unit with beach and pool view. The well maintained condominium is gated with lots of parking, a fitness center, two pools, two spas, and other amenities. This unit is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath - with a king size bed and a walk-in closet, open living room with vaulted ceiling with a new queen sleeper sofa that sleeps two, large full-size kitchen that has everything you need, dining area, washer and dryer in the unit, and a balcony with two chairs and table to sit and enjoy the best views. The second you walk in you will fall in love with the views. Views of the beach are visible from the living and bedroom.

Love the location- its proximity to the beach, gas, and food options is great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Ron was very responsive when we contacted him

The view, size of the unit, amenities on site and pleasant responsiveness of the hosts all were outstanding. We plan to return next year.

Great condo in a great location!

My wife and I enjoyed our time here and were able to relax at the pools. The condo has a great view of the gulf and had all the amenities we needed.

The hosts were amazing, rapid communication with questions and they have thought of everything you might need on your trip. Everything was clean, very nice and it was a great location! The pool and hot tub were amazing for the cooler weather!
