Every possible amenity you could think of was provided…and more! Thoughtful touches throughout the house, from the coffee selection to every imaginable kitchen appliance or tool you might need. Games, videos and more were provided, making it the perfect family getaway. Will definitely return!

We had a great stay despite the weather turning out chilly. It was nice and cozy inside. We stayed to go over to Moody Gardens Ice Land and Dickens on the Strand. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Plenty of room to bring more family next trip. The beach is right there. Just a very short walk. Has all the dishes and things in the kitchen you would need. Look forward to visiting the area again.

This is a beautiful house walking distance to the beach. It is well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having 2 king size beds, 4 adults appreciated the space. Very kid friendly with games, DVD, books and so forth. We had one of our best vacations ever!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house was nice, clean, and cozy and we loved how big the yard is. The location of the house was awesome too. Sitting right on the corner of the street with a great big open view of the ocean. Access to the beach is just feet away which was also a big plus for us. Lastly, Jaclyn(owner) was so helpful and easy to contact whenever we needed to communicate. We definitely will be keeping the Lone Palm at the top of our list of vacation homes.

Beautiful home with easy beach access

The home is beautiful, offering a family space as well as a private upstairs bedroom and balcony. The owner was very responsive with the few needs we had, and our dogs loved the yard. Beach access was literally in front of the home, and the balcony has a spectacular view of the ocean and stars at night. We will definitely look to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and found any questions answered promptly. I will say, this is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house, not 3 bathrooms. The shower for rinsing off after the beach, is downstairs (although not working during our stay) is the "3 bathroom".The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. All the appliances were top of the line, and having a washer and dryer was a plus. The host definitely tries to think of everything you could need to make your stay comfortable. Sitting on the patio deck was the best. We could see and hear the waves, and it was so easy and quick to get to the beach. We plan to return again.

Amazing location and a very nice home

Family of 4 and 2 dogs. This location is amazing if you prioritize privacy and dont want to deal with all the Galveston crowds/tourists. The house was gorgeous and had everything you could need, all while being more economical than a similar house in Galveston.

Great cabin w Beautiful views!

Family wanted to get away for a long weekend so we found this beautiful home. I needed to be near the beach to watch them bc I was recovering from a surgery. Amenities made it so convenient! And linens included was a big plus, as well as the grill and wagon for our beach items!
