Family trip

Great place to stay for our annual family trip with a total of 21 people, adults, teens and children. Plenty of space for everyone and easy access to beach. We were there for a four day trip over Fourth of July weekend and we weren’t crowded at all. Our door code didn’t work when we got there but they had a backup lock box with a key to get in and quick response when I called about it. Low on propane fuel for the grill but quick response and delivery the the next morning even on the fourth. Would highly recommend for large family gatherings

Perfect Beach House

We are a group of 20 women who went to high school together. We been doing a weekend on Boliver for 11 years now. This was the best beach cabin we’ve rented so far. Plenty of room and proximity to the beach was amazing. We plan on renting this again next year. Many of us are at or near 60, so the absence of bunk beds is a must. Also the cargo elevator is a must. Great overall beach house.

Our 13-member family met and gathered here for Thanksgiving and found it well-equipped for our heavy baking/prep needs, very clean and new, comfortable and with the BEST view on beach-front property. Highly recommend for a group of 10 to up to 24.

Beach Birthday

Our friends and family celebrated my birthday at the Serenity for the weekend. We had 18 to 20 visit throughout the weekend. Everyone had a place to sleep and enjoyed the open space for everyone. The large island and table provides a great space to feed a large group. Property is as described.

Great Place, neighbors left a bit to be desired.

We had a great family stay at Serenity. House is really well appointed and everything thought of. We had some issues with some of the other people staying in the other houses - late and loud parties, fireworks very late at night. Other than that place was great.

Great for families

This is a great home for families. Adults were able to stay downstairs and the children ruled upstairs! Well stocked spices and pots and pans helped us feed many mouths. The gate lock was rusted and a little difficult to use at times. Also, I just want to reiterate that older folks may have issues with stairs going up to the house, so it's not accessible in that way. This is pretty clear from the images, so no knock on the hosts here! Overall a great location and fun time for all.

Perfection! I rented this house plus two neighboring houses from the same owner for a family gathering. The house was clean and has a good floor plan. The house has a great set up. The deck looking directly out to the Gulf with several Chaise Lounges was a great place to relax and visit once the children were in bed for the night. There was more than enough seating both inside and outside so that we were always very comfortable.

Amazing spot for multiple families

We had 4 families stay and there was plenty of room for everyone! This is one of those rare occurrences where the pictures don’t do it justice! The beach is so close to the house and the panoramic views are incredible. Porch was our favorite hang out spot. The house is very spacious and not cluttered at all. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances to cook with. Even had kids silverware, plates, bowls and cups! Very kid friendly. Steps from the sand. We will be back!
