Could have been much better!!!

Musty smell…and we couldn’t air the condo out due to the windows sealed…. kitchen sink stopped up since garbage disposal didn’t work… the master bath sink had no hot water.. no WiFi or cable until 2nd day… thank goodness the lady at the office came to the condo to fix that… The best part of our stay was the balcony and the campus…

Amazing ocean view

This unit is right on the beach. Not kind of near the beach, but literally on the end of the condo complex that butts up to the dunes. Your view on the balcony is the beach and ocean, with nothing obstructing it. It’s very convenient to the elevators and stairs as well. The unit is equipped fine, although there are no extras like beach towels, toys, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen has everything you need except for paper towels. The appliances need serious updating, but everything else is good overall. The front door lock and knob need replacing, as it’s hard to open. Our door code didn’t work the entire time, due to the internet also being down the whole stay, so we had to use a key, and it was very difficult to enter the key and turn the lock.

Excellent condo, view amazing, clean, updated, nice decor

Loved everything about our stay. Couldn't have asked for a nicer condo. Toaster oven old and gets very hot. Could use more electrical outlets (since everything is power charged these days), patio door knob was rusted and would not turn (typical due to humidity), pool was hot, could use a water feature, water fall, sprayers, something, BUT overall nice.

Could Have Been Better

We enjoyed the property and the location. Parking was somewhat of a problem due to the re-roofing of Unit #2 but there is no good time to do this type work. The master bedroom & bath was very nice. Four adults in this unit may be a little crowded since there are only 3 chairs and a small dining table. Balcony was great. Property owner should consider replacing the kitchen faucet; it is bad. Also the fan / light combo in the kitchen is not good.The light is dim & there is no way to control fan speed. My other complaint is that Seascape Rentals is a little "heavy" on fees. Daily HOA charge; Really ?

Nice condo

Condo was as pictured, but needs to be painted. It was great having a recliner in the living room and the grab bars in the bathroom. Balcony view was great! My main complaint was the oven., it just did not heat up appropriately. I cooked some biscuits for over 30 minutes at a higher temp than specified and the biscuits were still not done , same thing happened when we cooked a taco ring. Oven definitely needs replacing. If the oven was replaced I would definitely stay there again.

The condo was small, but I expected that it would be. Decorated very nicely with a lighthouse and sea shell theme. The high tide really comes up almost to the property. Property in need of paint.

Small but Sufficient

This condo was a bit smaller than I expected, but it had what we needed. If you need a large sq ft space, this may not be your place. But that being said - Location is key! We did NOT have to cross a busy street to get to the beach. Pool area was so nice! The "kiddie pool", shallow round pool with small fountain in the middle, was great. I was disappointed that I missed the fact there was no washer and dryer IN the unit, but it was steps away on our level. Bring quarters or get some from the office. We only needed it twice during our stay. There are chairs and umbrellas in the office for daily rental fee. We LOVED grilling outside. The grounds are very well kept.

Spring Break getaway

The property and location were just as we expected. The pictures online were all shot wide angle, so we knew it would be smaller than the photos portrayed. (If someone doesn't have this knowledge of photography I would expect some disappointment with the layout and size of the condo.) My daughter found adult toys in the closet when she was putting away her things. It was disturbing and beyond gross, I will spare the details. But I spoke to the property management company and issues like this can be easily fixed by improving cleaning process.

Condo showing some wear and tear. Screens are torn. Cabinet knob missing. Needs paint touch up in a few places. Location is perfect. Kitchen well equipped. Would recommend a keurig type coffee pot. Enjoyed our stay!

Lovely spot right on the water

The condo looks right out onto the water and was perfect for what we wanted -- to sit and read while listening to the waves roll in. Will definitely stay there again.
