Amazing Gulf Views, Pets Welcomed ADA Ramp, Fenced Yard, Direct access to Beach

Escape the noise and crowd of Galveston City and relax with the breeze and sound of crashing waves at this beach-side house in Sea Isle named 'Beach Haven, Sand & surf are just a few steps away from the spacious second level deck. Enjoy great views of the beach as well as watching your family and friends playing in the sand from living room (see pictures for views). Ample large windows also allow similar beach views but from the comfort of indoors. There are four bedrooms on the main floor with 3 baths. The main floor sleeps 10. The ground floor bedroom with 1/2 bath can be rented separately and sleeps 2 more. The ground floor bedroom will Never be rented to a separate guest but gives an additional space for those guests that need a little extra room. The rate is $85.00 for one night or $75.00 a night for multiple nights. There is an Out door shower with Hot and Cold water, so a guest just renting the main area has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths plus the extra out door shower. Use the large shaded area under house for cook outs with family and friends even if weather is not perfect or gather to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Also know that your dog kids (all sizes of dog kids welcomed) have a fenced in yard with ramp access - for easy up and down potty breaks, groceries, luggage and wheel chair and/or walker access.


Open concept floor plan provides a comfortable area between kitchen, dining, and living area to spread out and entertain indoors while taking in the beach scene thru large French doors with two large side panel windows.

If you need to stay 'connected' while at the beach, 'Beach Haven' has high speed Internet access (Wi-Fi) and AT&T U-verse HDTV for all your entertainment needs.

Covered parking for up to 4 cars underneath house while paved driveway can accommodate 4 more.

Enjoy access to the Sea Isle community swimming pool just across the main road on the bay side. Home owner association office sells $100.00 pass for 10 people for each week of your stay. Public boat ramp is also available on bay side both less than a mile away.

Lovely property. Was very nice to have a fenced in area for the children and pets. The ramp made it less strenuous for unloading and loading. The kitchen had everything you could want as far as appliances and utensils. Would love to go back there again next year.

Beach Haven is perfect

We’ve been staying here for our annual family beach vacation for several years. It’s got a great view and so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. There’s plenty of room for our family. It sleeps 10 very comfortably. Milan is a wonderful host!

Great beach vacation!

It’s steps from the beach. You can see and hear the waves. Loved watching the pelicans diving into the surf for fish. The house was so comfortable and inviting. This is our third time to stay at Beach Haven and hopefully not our last.

It was definitely a beach haven

We had a lovely stay at Beach Haven. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the ocean. We loved being able to drive right onto the beach so we didn't have to carry our stuff. The younger adults usually walked because it only takes a minute or two to walk from the house. The house was clean and comfortable. We originally were going to use the bottom bedroom also, but only ended up using the main house. The ramp is a game changer. It was so much easier for those of us that have bad knees or health issues. There's a large dining table that seats 8, a full kitchen, and there's a washer and dryer to use. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. They are sincere about wanting people to enjoy their trip and do everything they can to help. If you're short like me or have bad knees, you will most likely need a step stool to get into the master bed. It is very high. We ended up letting our son and his wife have that room. There are 3 bathrooms, so that's nice. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent, because Galveston is warm and muggy and the mosquitos can be fierce. We loved our time at Beach Haven and hope to return again!

This beach house was absolutely perfect for our entire family. My daughter, son in law, and their children had an entire side of the house to themselves including a bathroom. My other daughter had a bedroom with her own bathroom. My husband and I had our own bedroom and bath as well. Everything about the house was wonderful.

Great Beach Stay

The house was very clean and well-stocked. The ramp is definitely ADA accessible and is such a nice feature to have for those who can’t do stairs. We loved sitting on the deck with the dog and enjoying the view and sounds of the beach. I will be recommending Beach Haven to friends and family.

Lovely Beach Haven

This is a very clean, very comfortable, nicely furnished sweet beach house. Great deck (shade and sun), deck chairs and table. Everything works as it should: lights, shades, AC, stove, fridge, sink, dishwasher, showers, toilets, etc. Nice linens and comfortable beds. Interesting and beachy art throughout. Extensively stocked kitchen, dishes, glass & cookware. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with. Beach is an easy walk on sandy access path of about 100 feet - 2 minutes to the beach (although with little ones it takes much longer to stop every foot or so to examine the beach dune flowers and crab holes). Beach front views from a 2nd row house! We love this place and have reserved our 3rd stay.

Beach Haven family trip

It is a lovely, well equipped property. Everything we wanted was available. The owner is incredibly responsive and eager to accommodate requests. We will stay there again! Only drawback was the stacked washer/dryer. I am too short to reach the controls on the top unit. But that is a personal problem, I fear.
