La Cummare - Le Case di Valentina

This charming two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of Palazzo Santa Caterina, an elegant historic building in the center of old Gallipoli, recently renovated and restored to its former glory. It consists of two rooms, both with barrel ceilings: a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and the kitchen/living area. Its peculiarity is that the two large French windows overlook a very quiet and characteristic alley and allow you to discreetly immerse yourself in local life, breathing the atmosphere of a fishing village. This is why the name “La Cummare”, or “The Neighbor” in Gallipolino dialect. At the same time, the interior of the building, completely renovated, guarantees privacy and confidentiality and offers every comfort such as air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome!
During the summer months, you could park your car at the port car park, a few hundred meters from the house. Access and parking in the historic center is limited in summer.
