Balconcino sul Rivellino is a 6-bed vacation home in the heart of Gallipoli,
with panoramic views of the Rivellino, the Canneto church, and the
17th-century bridge that connects the old town to the more modern soul.
The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, electric oven and electric kettle, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed.

Balconcino
sul Rivellino is an exclusive vacation apartment in the central area of
Gallipoli, well furnished, cozy, very comfortable. It is located on the
second floor of a residential building, and is accessible by stairs.
The living area is an elegant living room with sofas and panoramic views of the sea and the ancient city. In the living room there is also a dining room, access to the kitchen, and TV.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms ,
one double and one twin with single beds. There are 2 full bathrooms,
one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Between the sofas in the
living room is a double sofa bed, for a total of 6 beds.

Balconcino sul Rivellino is located in the heart of Gallipoli,
right in front of the castle, the Rivellino, and the little fishermen`s
harbor with the little church of Santa Cristina and the church of
Madonna del Canneto: one of the most charming corners of the Città
Bella.
Everything is within walking distance: services, historical
architectural and artistic beauties, the little beach of Purità,
shopping streets, bars and restaurants, the seafront leading to Baia
Verde and the equipped beaches. 
 



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in XILHOTEL in VIA RAVENNA 43 - GALLIPOLI.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.

- Air conditioning: one in the living area and one in the sleeping area.
