'A charming, clean and well kept property. Very comfortable bed and superb breakfast. A warm welcome, helpful and friendly owners.'

'This was a very old historical building in as good of a shape as it could be. Some uneven floors and a lot of steps to get to your room. It was small and quiet charming. The staff was pleasant and helpful. A bus stop was right out the side. Very pleasant. The bed was nice, no air conditioning, but it was fairly cool when we went in August, 2026. They had a fan. We are from Florida so the low 70's was a joy for us for August.'

'A lovely central spot in the heart of Richmond. Staff were excellent and the breakfast is exceptional with local produce used. Would highly recommend'

'Great staff, restaurant and breakfast'
